What we have to offer

At ADVANCED CHIROPRACTIC, we have a passion for wellness, which means understanding that in order for you to get healthy you need a doctor who's technique is a good fit for you.

We encourage our patients to explore all of their options.  Doctor Foti does not use the same technique for each person; instead he is trained to evaluate your specific needs and modify care based on your individual needs. He is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate.

We provide advanced spinal correction and chiropractic adjustments utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic care have chiropractors been able to provide the level of help and expertise that is available today. Many of the newest chiropractic techniques are actually safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before.  Chiropractic care under a trained professional can even be used to prevent injuries and help you achieve total health or wellness.

Massage Therapy

We are proud to introduce Colleen Pratt LMT, our massage therapist.

Depending on your condition, your sensitivity to touch, and your comfort for lying down or sitting, your chiropractor and massage therapist will determine which type of therapeutic massage is most appropriate for you. There are multiple therapeutic massage techniques, and no single technique fits every body—and massage therapists often have their own specialties when it comes to the techniques they practice. Colleen offers Blended, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Swedish, Trigger Points, Hot Rocks and Deep Tissue massage.

Corrective Exercises

At ADVANCED CHIROPRACTIC, we teach our patients how to perform special "blueprint" exercises which can help strengthen and correct the irregularities in their body which may be causing pain. Many of these corrective exercises can actually be performed in the comfort of your own home to help improve the effectiveness of your chiropractic care and spinal correction plan. In addition to skeletal misalignment, you may be experiencing pain that is caused by muscles and connective tissues which are out of their proper place. Other types of pain such as back pain, neck pain, and headaches are caused by muscles and tissues that are being used improperly, causing injuries over time. In each case, targeted corrective exercises and stretches from our experienced chiropractor will help you feel good while also helping your body achieve balance and health.

Lifestyle Advice

Many of our patients come to see our chiropractor to address a specific pain symptom such as back pain, neck pain or headaches. While our chiropractor will address each patient's specific condition with chiropractic care, we often find it helpful to "coach" our patients towards achieving a healthier lifestyle. For example, there may be certain activities that you should avoid or do differently to prevent yourself from unintentionally aggravating your particular health challenges. The goal of including lifestyle advice with a chiropractic care plan is to help each and every patient achieve the fulfilling and happy lifestyle they deserve, one that is full of the activities that are enjoyed most. We recognize that every single one of our patients is a whole person, and we use our expertise to help them reach total health and wellness.

Spinal & Postural Screenings

There is a saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Your spinal health is no exception. Posture and spinal screenings by a trained and experienced chiropractor such as John Foti can help reveal important health information, unlocking the door to improved health and well-being. In order to help the Niles community, we provide screenings at area malls, community events, health fairs and places of employment. Contact us today at (269) 683-5433 to arrange a screening at your event or workplace.

 Nutrition Response Testing

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the root cause of ill health. It uses muscle strength testing to communicate with the body’s own innate intelligence to evaluate the body’s response to a broad variety of substances that may be affecting health and function. Through analysis Dr Foti is testing your body’s neurological reflexes. These reflexes are the body’s way of telling us what and how the nervous system is doing. He tests organs, glands, joints, muscles, etc.The body responds to these procedures reliably and consistently. This feedback is so precise that it opens the door to a safe and lasting recovery, even in cases where everything else has failed. If you are considering this method it is very important that you understand what Nutrition Response Testing is and appreciate how it works. Otherwise, you are less likely to follow through and actually do what you need to do to get well. If you do not follow through, you will not experience the benefits you seek. If you are interested in learning more about Nutritional Response Testing call today to set up a free consultation with Dr Foti. You will be amazed at the education you will receive!

Dr. Foti has been practicing for over 25 years, a Palmer Graduate. We offer SAME DAY CARE, walk-ins are Welcome! We accept Medicare, most Medicaid and commercial insurance. (Call ahead to confirm your plan),
